Yellowing on blocks. First time bulk. Is it contaminated?

This is my first bulk grow. I made a mistake and over-misted at the beginning and got white matted surface on the top. So I decided to open up all 5 other sides for mushrooms to pin since I ruined the top. As a result, I got 2 pretty good flushes and a decent harvest.
Now, the blocks are resting for a week before I dunk them again and see if they will flush again. However, they have turned yellow and I am wondering if this is contamination and whether or not it is time to just toss them and start a new project? I know most of the yield (80-90%) is from the first two flushes but I still want to learn to identify all the different types (and colors) of contaminations that can occur. Also, from what you see in the picture, would you toss all of it or only the ones that are really yellow?
Thanks everyone!

Done! They are out of the house. Can you please help me to train my eyes and learn how to identify them? What are the different contams that you see? Searching the forums, it seems like the yellowing is because the block is too dry...so is the yellow contam or too dry? Between flushes, I don't dunk right away, I let the blocks rest for a week and mist lightly during this time.
Thank you.

the green stuff can be Trich and others things the orange stuff is a NASTY mold that keeps coming back if youre not careful at the farm I was working at we were calling it Kraft diner mold. his real name is at the end of the Mushroom Cultivator book somewhere
and yes they look dry asf. it hurts the myc hence make him vulnerable.
I dunk right after the first flush

I dont see any orange mold there. That shit is ORANGE. Although I dont know what it looks like before it flowers bright orange so.. trich and cobweb are the most common and then theres yeasts and bacteria.

The green that you see is more blue in reality and I believe that it is bruising. I have learned to differentiate bruising vs trich and I don't think that is trich. Since mushrooms were coming up from all sides, I handled it a lot which is why it's bluish.
Thank you for the reference for the orange mold. I will look it up in TMC.
I will try to dunk right away after flushes to see how I do.
Thank you very much for your help Martinsapin!

I will start over. I still want to get to learn to know by myself if it's contaminated or not so if you could tell me what you identified as contam in the pictures that would be helpful. Thank you mushhead.

Problem is every block up to the last point smelled of fresh mushrooms...
