Corn Tek Too Moist?

I have made it to the stage where I have the corn inoculated with spore syringes in a pasteurized canning jar.
I created the spore syringes myself from spore prints that I made myself so I know what the spores are and the concentration of spores in each syringe.
The jar has one small hole on one side of the lid with micropore tape over it and a self healing port on the other side of the lid.
I simmered the corn till it was fully hydrated. I added no additives based on info from this site. Simply corn and water. I dried the corn in front of a fan for about 2 hours then jarred it and pasteurized it.
I inoculated the jars with 6cc's of fluid containing enough spores to easily see them spinning around in the syringe.
I have had the corn in the jars for about a week and a half. I have no mycelium growing. I see water droplets on the inside of the jar so I assume it may be too moist.
What do I do now?
I have taken a few of my jars and added a scoop of coffee to them. I took a few of them and added rice to soak up the excess moisture. I took a few and added both rice and coffee. I'm waiting to see if any of that worked. I am aware of the strong possibility of contamination however they were doing nothing so I figured I would try a few of my jars. I have 24 jars to experiment with after all.
In the meantime, What would you guys do to save these jars? I have quite a few left that still have sealed lids and only the corn in them. I would like to get something out of this attempt.

So I tried adding coffee to some of the jars. I tried adding rice to some of the jars and I tried adding rice and coffee to some of the jars. None of my attempts have been successful to this point. I'm not sure if I can save these jars.
Nothing is growing. Not even contamination.
I was thinking about possibly trying to do a new batch of corn but not over hydrate it this time and adding some of these inoculated corn jars to the properly hydrated corn to see if they will grow. I'm still looking for suggestions as I'm wasting lots of time on this experiment.
I may just have to start from scratch. I have ordered some agar dishes so I guess if nothing else agar will work.

Never done corn. Id recommend WBS next time. Follow this easy and simple tek https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/8508523#8508523
FYI finch mix works great. I use plastic lids. Leave them halfway unscrewed and no need for holes in them

As for your current jars, they look too wet to me. I dont have any experience using corn, but it looks like a good bit of burst grains. It will be difficult to grow anything well on that.

I’ve been doing corn and I love it. Yours looks a bit too wet (you can see the condensation on the inside). Also, it appears that some of the kernels have burst which makes it easier for contams to occur. I’ve been having great success with a 30 minute boil then drying it for an hour. Once out of the pc I make sure to take a day and shake the jars 4-5 times (this is probably overkill since they’re dry after the 3rd shake) until there’s no visible condensation. Also I usually just do 2ml’s if I’m doing MS, because I don’t want the added hydration to mix up my moisture content. The good news is you have no contams!
I’ve had spores take 2-3 weeks, so there’s hope
