Tolerance when microdosing

I have two questions. I like to trip occasionally and have read that if you take a dose, to get the same intensity from the same dose the next day you would have to take three times as much. My question is if I microdose by taking 15mg 5 out of 7 of the weekdays, will that increase my tolerance for tripping and if so by how much? Bonus question, if you answer this you get a free t-shirt (not really): If I'm on SSRI's and start microdosing as well, will that be okay or a no go?

Most people I know who microdose only do 3 days a week max, 5 days might be too frequent and tolerance might become a factor with it being that frequent. SSRI’s will counter the effects of the psychs and I would recommend being off them for at least two weeks before trying to microdose. I also strongly recommend you talk to your Dr. before discontinuing use of said SSRI medication if you decide that’s what you want to do.

That's very helpful, thank you. I would like to speak to my doctor about this but I'm not sure if shes actually bound to confidentiality. I'm concerned she'll write a note that gets me in trouble, or that she'll simply just not understand the difference between mushrooms and crack and just refer to her training on how to deal with drugs. So I'm a bit lost.

I would think that’s very unethical behaviour for a doctor however if it’s a concern I would say that I don’t feel that the medication is helping me and that I want to stop taking it.

I’m sorry my answer is unrelated but could anyone tell me how I can ask a question?

after a microdose (less than 1/4 usual dose of any halucinogen) I need one day off. skipping the one day allows the same degree of microdose effect.
also in the case of a larger dose, having skipped one day after microdosing is adequate for no appreciable tolerance.
However taking more will throw off the schedule, and you should probably skip a whole week.
SSRI's IMO are contraindicated altogether - please wean off them first, but before that get to the bottom of why you are on SSRI's. what do they do for you? OR Have they been mandated by the law because you went to court having bothered other people with your natural inclinations. Frequently, psychiatric medicine is a cheap punishment alternative to jail.
