Mycelium recovery rate - birthed bulk substrate

Hey fam, first post new account long time ready

Made a rookie move today first grow in about a year. I woke up and saw what I thought was a contamination but soon made the verdict that it was prob a production of
Metabolites due to water pooling causing the blue/green growth on sub. I acted hastily and scooped out what I believe at the time to the contamination. I’m ten day in to fruiting my bulk tray. Would
Love the boards thoughts and intel on recovery time for that area. Did I just open the tray up to increase level of possible contamns. Will this slow down time for the overall sub to fruit. Any information is helpful. Thank you.

I see some yellowing around my FAE holes, perhaps caused by becoming dry. :shrug:

I have cut trich out of tubs and have had them finish flushing. Not recommended but it can be done.
