New Adventure in Pans

I've started gathering supplies to try and grow some Pans. I got horse poo substrate, rye grain bags, agar plates and my syringes. I got Suphanburi Goliath, Sandose Domesticate, Bisporus, Panaeolus Cyanescens. I'm thinking syringe -> streak plate -> isolate fast and wispy -> Grain Bag -> Poo substrate -> Success? I'll be posting pictures along the way.

If you have cubes down it should be relatively easy to pick up pans.
The biggest difference is myc selection and fruiting conditions. How are you going to fruit?

I have a Martha set up and I'm having success fruiting Lion's Mane, they'll be done by the time I need it for these. It has been keeping the humidity in the 90s and the temps in the upper 70s and I could get those higher if I need to. I also have fans set up that can exchange the air pretty quick. I'm thinking I should be good to get something at least, I don't need hero level flushes.

Thanks! I've been pouring over your thread, especially about myc selection, which is good because I would have used Cube criteria had I not checked that out. I have most of the stuff for your FC. That was the one with the water, aquarium heater and air pumps right? I'll probably put one together. I have a couple weeks depending how long things take to colonize.

Proceeding with step one. I put a drop of solution from my bisporus syringe onto some agar and made streak plates. Below are the pictures.
Edited because I'm reconsidering my myc selection.

So today is selection day, I've been looking at pictures of the growth I'm looking for and think maybe selection of what to put to grain might be better put off until I grow out a couple sections. I'm not hurting for agar plates so I'm going to select 3 spots from each plate and see what they look like in a couple days.

The only thing I bought premade was the substrate. I made the grain bags. Those plates are from a Bisporus streak plates I made. I did look through your posts, it'd be super easy if any of my plates had growth that resembled your examples But it didn't happen this time. Anyhow, I'll grow out some of these and make some more streak plates from my syringes and see what happens. Thanks for your suggestions. In the mean time my Lion's mane is flushing again so I got time to get these plates where they need to be.
