Anyone have any meal plans or meal prep ideas?

So, i really got my diet in order, when the pandemic started, to the degree that I did away with most if not all of the unhealthy things I ate. I adopted a better diet BUT it's pretty bare bones. I need to consume more protein but my biggest problem is I'm basically starting my culinary life from scratch. I always ate very little, and it wasn't the healthiest stuff. But I made a lot of changes shortly into the pandemic and I'm looking for ways to build upon the good foundation I'm setting.
I need some ideas of healthy and nutritious food I can make and take to work as I work long hours.
Something high in protein.
I, basically, have no dietary restrictions.
I don't have ways of reheating at work so preferably something I can eat as is (cook beforehand).
And, if possible, something I can make on Sunday to last me a couple of days.
Or, if you have a meal plan you use and would like to share, please do so!
Thanks all.

I'm not gonna post a full meal plan if you don't really have a certain guideline on how you want to eat, but since you're kinda vague about it other than the fact that you need more protein, just look into some good protein bar recipes, those are good to take to work. I usually just mix my protein with water or egg beaters and chug it to get it over with but occasionally I'll make some bars with unflavored oatmeal, whey and sometimes a mix of whey and casein, a little honey or real maple syrup, and some nuts and even a bit of psyllium husk or flax seed meal for fiber and more chew. I had a recipe for some really good ones written somewhere that I'm not sure of now but you can find those all over the place.
Otherwise some crock pot chicken meals would be good since they're easy to do and you can just bring them in Tupperware. Buffalo chicken crockpot soup is one of my favorites.
Another thing I like to do to add some easy protein is make some hard boiled eggs, a bunch of them, then chop them up and take out the yolks (and use for something else) and put them in the oven on the low setting and then blend them up as fine as possible. Then I put that in whatever sauces Im using for any other foods. It's tasteless, makes your sauces a little thicker and it's dense so if I remember right you need less than a tablespoon to get an extra 10 grams of protein from it.
