Yeah man I probably do feel like that. I like to call myself a crippled zen master these days. I feel like I got the message but it's probably not gonna take me anywhere and my mind is split into a million pieces. Bit of a weird spot to be in. Thanks for the story.

Hey Pinkerton, I had thought I'd do one for Ferdinando next if we're taking it in turns this way. I'm not sure I know enough about you to do one for you but you seem like a cool guy even if you seem a little confused at times, I'm sure you have plenty to offer and generally I've appreciated your presence around here and not thought ill of you. Be well sir.

So much for communion.

How about helping a fellow and struggling brother out? I said it would be very motivational.

Hey Pinkerton. I understand what you are feeling like as I have been in very similar situations myself and it's less than pleasant.

I am hesitant to force anything as help can often do more harm than good when it's forced and not natural and from what I can see a part of the problem you are having might well be that you are trying too hard to force an outcome.

I think Kickle's advice to you to just keep swimming was great earlier. It may feel like you are living in a dark patch but if you just keep swimming and trying to stay afloat you may come out in a better place with patience.

My own mistakes in life always came from me trying too hard to force things to be other than they were. This lead to me being less accepting of myself as I was, and less accepting of my current position on the karmic wheel of life.

This is the best I believe I can say to you right now and I hope it's helpful in some way. Perhaps someone else will step in but what they do is not my business. All I can say is that I recognise your suffering and I have been in those places myself, I do believe there is light around you and inside of you though and you need but make a concious effort to look for it.

Here's to you though buddy and wishing you all the best with your life's journey. :chugbeer:

Grapefruit is an underrated fruit & an underrated member.  I’ve come to appreciate his input to the discussions had here - the world wouldn’t be the same without him - here’s to many more moons and swoons - Here’s to the great & mighty Grapefruit !

His song, that follows his digital footprint wherever he goes like a psychedelic tracer?

Thanks man, and to everyone else who responded. I'm surprised by how well you all clocked me in terms of philosophical approach.

I'm going to try and do one for Ferdinando next week if I can find the energy.
