Northeast USA ID Pleurotus ?

Would these also be Pleurotus ostreatus or another type of Oyster? These were found at a different location also growing on a dead hardwood tree. Smooth top, close decurrent gills. No visible bruise color change.
But these have serrated edges and they have a slight but definite seafood smell.
Also how do you get those little white worms off of them? They were still there after rinsing.

I think these may be Pleurotus ostreatus. Maybe more mature. Below is a screen shot of a specimen from one of Adam Haritan's Learn Your Land videos where he ID's it as P o. As you can see it also has the serrated edges. A confirmation would be nice so I don't have to toss them.

Are they rubbery? What do they smell like? They look like Pleurotus populinus, ostreatus is a cold weather species. What type of wood are they on? conifer or Hardwood? You need to rule out Hohenbuehelia and Pleurocybella porrigens. I don't have my glasses with me so I can't see well enough to be sure at the moment

The shelf clusters were on a standing dead hardwood. I will go back and try to ID the tree. The lobes are firm yet rubbery. Smooth on top not slimy. They have a faint seafood smell. They are translucent when held to light. I will add more pics of them cut and rinsed. Spore print maybe faint lilac.

Should I try eating a small test sample?
I know, my call. I can't put anyone on the hot seat for this.
I guess a better question would be, Would you eat it?

I'm pretty sure it is a Pleurotus pulmonarius, I would try it, but cook thoroughly.
edit What do they smell like?

At first they were slightly aromatic but now they smell faintly like seafood.
The spore print was hard to determine at first but now that it is dry it is definitely greyish lilac.

Taking a closer look in my book, Mushrooms of the Northeastern US by Tim Baroni, his description of Pleurotus pulmonarius matches and the picture he has is spot on.
I think this cluster is older which is why the edges are split and frayed.
I will give a small piece a try tomorrow. Are sauteed Nematodes edible also? lol

For the record, soak in brine overnight to drive the worms out. Taste like scallops. Quite good.
