Oyster + Lions Mane Blocks - Ready to Fruit?

I spawned to supplemented hardwood sawdust (pellets) using colonized grain spawn for both of these bags on May 7th.
I'm wondering if these are ready to fruit? The P. stipticus is starting to show metabolites and the H. erinaceus appears to be stalled from what I can tell.

You spawned lion's mane in that bag over 3 months ago?
If it hasn't already fruited invitro, filled the bag with fruit, and escaped out the filter patch - something is definitely wrong.
Lion's mane should take about a week to colonize, and another week or so to fruit.
Hard to tell by looking, but my first guess would be that the substrate has too much water. Can you smell through the filter patch? What did you supplement with? and did you spawn in front of a flow hood?

Each block consists of: 5 cups hardwood pellets 1.4L water 1.25 cups wheat bran
I did spawn in front of a flow hood. There is maybe a slightly sour sawdust smell but its hard to tell.

I've never grown panellus, but H. erinaceous should start fruiting invitro pretty much as soon as it's done colonizing, whether on grain or bulk.
I'd probably just bury the LM, sounds like bacteria. Might be worth trying to fruit the panellus.

If people would just take the time to make sure their water content was right. It would take them way less time than waiting for 3 months and getting nothing...
Figure out water content

I really appreciate the kind response as I'm sure you get tired of noob questions like these. Everything you said makes sense. These were my first two bulks using a recipe from a TC on the old shroomery discord and I just lost track of them working on other things.
To fruit, do I just cut a small hole in the center of the bag, mist and give it light?

We were all noobies at one point. So most people don't mind answering questions. It will not be long if you stick with it until you are answering questions and helping someone else out.

Yeah or maybe just a couple x's in the side of the bag, just to give it a place to get out. Put in a fruiting chamber if you got one, or outdoors in the shade somewhere moist.
