Contam study

Doing a study on contam. Purposely left this tub with poor conditions like too little ²substrate and in a place with way to much air current. I have identified a few types of contam.
The question. What turned these caps from their normal golden color to white-ish

(This tub is purposely left unloved and I wont eat anything in it.)

to low humidity, looks like they dried out
