hey there, sorry if this is wrong location of post. First time posting here for advice.
I am looking into growing golden teacher from spore prints. I have the rough idea laid out. I'm looking into dropping spores directly from the prints into the jars. Or would I be better off making a spore syringe out of them?
Also, the location of the FC will be in a garage. There is some indirect sunlight going through, however it can get somewhat dusty (tolerable) and lots of bugs and stuff in there like spiders and what not. Would the monotub be okay in terms of contamination or would I be better off building an artificial environment with the Fruiting chamber in a larger box with say an air pump and filter regulating air flow/no contaminants like dust or bacteria?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

There are a few things you seem a bit confused about. First I would advise just getting a syringe if possible, making syringes from prints is a bit of a tricky step if you’re not used to such things. Secondly, while it’s totally possible to fruit brf cakes in a mono, there are a few different ways to do so, each with its own levels of risk vs reward.
Contams are always possible and are the greatest threat when using spores to inoculate. Methods like pf tek that are considered safe to use spore syringes directly on are safe because of the low expansion of the colonies and limitations of contams. Nothing is contam proof. In a garage setting (depending on where you live of course), I imagine dealing with insects and maintaining humidity to be the bigger challenges.

Thanks so much for the reply. I might have not worded it correctly but I am still deciding whether to make a spore syringe out of the print or directly dropping spores into the cakes. In what you suggested I will probably use a homemade SAB to drop the spores (using sterilized tweezers and scalpel) into distilled water and make the syringes that way.
How would you suggest I take care of humidity and insects without electricity supply to the garage? I can mist every so couple of days that is no issue and tend to it often. Would you have any ideas?

To do prints directly to cakes will require the use of grain jar lid strategies, you can’t make use of a dry verm layer at that point.
