Problems with cakes, SGFC 1

I'm needing help clarifying a few things that have been bothering me with my PF tek in a SGFC, keep in mind this is my first post so please bear with me if anything is wrong.

The first picture is a cake that has seemed to have continued growing in the chamber, colonizing the dry verm. I'm thinking it could be due to it having started to colonize the casing layer in the jar, so it was still growing when it was put it? just odd because other similar ones didn't seem to do this bar 1 other. The other 2 pictures are what most of my pins look like when first starting, taking on a frosted look with white spots on the cap which in some cases looks almost pushed in or flat. I'm thinking this is due to how cold it gets at night (just below 60f), although they seem to become normal when they've started to grow abit more

They look fine to me. The "frost" is the universal veil. Dont worry if the shrooms grow onto the verm, they are supposed to do that.
60F is not that cold, 55F is where its a lil bit too cold.
Everything looks good to me

thank you for your speedy input, its good to know those weren't problems after all, but since making this post a flush has started and is producing 2 strange fruits, flat, almost turning up with a hole?? in the middle of one and the veils seem stuck to the underside of the cap. I was just going to see how they develop but figured I might as well add to this post. the stems also seem crinkled? I'm thinking this cake is mutated

Its a mutation, somewhat common with domesticated cubenis.
Also, looks like you might be misting too much. Looks saturated in there.

thank you for clarifying that, and yes, ive recently reduced the amount of FAE as my perlite and cakes were drying out quit abit, ive noticed abit of "fuzzy feet" developing aswell, during the night when its cold the humidity wont go below 99 and becomes cloudy like that, would you recommending letting the humidity drop during the day to dry it out abit? ive been doing this and notice the feet leave but i dont like the changing conditions. im also abit scared to fan it alot at night as keeping heat is a priority. maybe rehydrating my perlite rather then spraying would work to keep up the humidity without oversaturating the cakes during the night?
