Problem falling asleep after md.

I started microdosing psilocybin every 3 days in June. I took 0.13g, 0.2g, 0.16g, 0,1g, 0,1g, 0,1g, 0,1g. I got some positive things but mostly I didn't like it because anxiety began to appear. With 0.1g i thought i found my dose i almost didnt have anxiety. But when i took it last time i had problem with falling asleep for a few hours and next day i coudnt fall asleep for6 hours. I never in my life had problem with sleep I could always fell asleep right away whenever i want. I stopped taking MD after that but i still have this problem. I fall asleep quickly but than i wake up and i cant fall asleep for couple of hours. I have maybe like a little  anxiety attack or panic attack i'm shaking a little like i'm cold.  Its been more than a month. Does anyone have such problems after psilocybin?

Nots sure about microdosing but it's hard to sleep while tripping.

I don't think it's the MD's.

probably noise in the street, or temperature difficulties or beans affecting gut or something physical in the environment.

BTW the time you are alone in bed not sleeping is a great opportunity to learn breathing meditation. a way to explore beginner's mind:
on the in breath mentally say "beginning" at the beginning, "middle", in the middle, and "end" at the end.
do the same for the out breath. be passively aware of your mental contents as well as these voiceless descriptions of the parts of each in and of each out breath.
if you wander, begin again, trying to be aware of mental contents and the breath.
