Hi everyone,
I think I've found some Dung-loving psilocybe or Deconica Coprophila. Would love if someone could help me out with an ID and confirm that they are fine to eat.
I found them in some leaf/bark litter under a few gum and pine trees. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Deconica Coprophila is not psychoactive, and only grows from dung ,not leaf litter.
That being said, that is no what you have.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know what they are? Are they psychoactive?

How did you find dung loving mushrooms in leaf litter? Was there dung in said litter?
Dried mushrooms are almost impossible to identify due to loss of key identifying features like color, shape, and gill structure. They are 100% not psychoactive and for safety reasons lets assume they're toxic and throw them away. Check that spot again and find some fresh ones. In situ photos would be a tremendous help as well

I would be guessing. so I won't try. If you see some fresh ones come up in that spot get some pictures before touching them.
