I have a subaeruginosa cardboard lasagne going, anything I should watch out for?

So I threw some subaeruginosa butts into layered cardboard a month back to see what would happen and to my surprise it's starting to take off. I've slowly added a few small hardwood chips to the mix to give it something to hang on to as well. I also moved them into 3 different containers in case something went wrong.
I know there are a million posts but I couldn't find anyone mention what to specifically look out for at this stage. It's literally just mycelium on cardboard/wood chips at this stage, zero sterilisation or caution used.
Can I just keep moving colonised wood chips to new containers and grow it endlessly? I know contam is a big issue with indoor grows but I heard woodlovers are pretty resilient.

Damn OK. I was hoping to avoid agar mostly because I couldn't be assed. It sounds like a lot of processes needed to avoid contam. Also you typically would need a pressure cooker for sterilisation right?

Thats actually a great way to start with woodlovers. Transfer a bit to agar and clean it up if you want to keep the culture going, but I wouldn't worry about that just yet. Hydrate some hardwood fuel pellets to field capacity. Should colonize that shit real quick. Check out the official woodlovers thread. Good info there.

Thanks I'll take a look. It occurs to me I can always buy agar plates if I wanted to go down that route.
