I put it in a bag with some moist paper towels and parts of it started to revert to myc. Unfortunately there was a crazy mold that hitched a ride and I didn’t even try to eff with it.
Going to go back to the spot and use bods toothpick method.

Got back from the mountains to find some nice growth in my RW EzLC, PEU EzLC is a bit behind but still looks axenic. Also right before I left I took a clone from a really good looking pin off a T1 plate. There were two I left since I already got three other invitro pin RW clones going. So I get back and these little bastards gave me a double take:

So I go to look for the clone that made the cut and the bastard decided it wasn’t done growing. Fucker reverted the stipe below the veil to myc and then pumped water from the agar into the fruit where it managed to orient itself and drop some spores.

Also the T1 pan transfers look great. The peanut butter and my favourite ghetto PDA plates look good IMO and will see a transfer soon.

Been a bit busy. Ran grain today, some WBS. Yesterday I knocked up a few special blend cakes with my RW LC. It looked good to gamble if ya feel me, crystal clear LC gives me confidence. It’s getting thick too. The PEU is nearly ready as well and the hericium and APE are coming along strong. Need to run grains for real soon.

It’s been a good mushrooming day. I went to the site of that ganoderma today and jammed soaked toothpicks and bamboo skewers into them. Going to return in a week and hopefully luck out. Pan cyan T2 transfers look decent too, might start an LC with them. Got 3 RW clones ready to hit LC as well. The culture is starting to run.

I dunno what ingredients are in the food colouring, not really worried about it either. The first cakes inoculated with the LC are recovering and nothing looks off so far. Just used more of that LC to knock up a dozen quarts of WBS. Going to start making more LC tomorrow, the clones are ready to expand.
Really excited about these clones, might almost do a lot. They will be my F10 grow for RW and already they seem reminiscent of their great forefather the F2 clone that served me so well. I’m hoping one is the equal to it.

I’m definitely buggering with syringes right now. I’ll be pouring later tho, I’m just working on something that requires the use of a syringe.
In other news

It’s a Canadian brand. I don’t really follow an exact tek, it’s a flash prep similar to FooMans.

Got a gasket in there as well. But hell I’ve also run em unmodded lol, poured em like G2G. But for now I’ll mess with the syringes.
