No jars, no syringes - Bags and agar tek

I use Rye Berries in spawn bags that are inoculated by either colonized agar or grain to grain transfer. Maybe this is a fringe method, but for larger grows it works better than jars and syringes. However, I have had mixed/inconsistent results and am looking for links to proven tek or tips and trick to get some consistency. Following are some questions to start the ball rolling:
1. Pre-soak yes or no and for how long? 2. Simmer or boil or skip it and for how long if so? 3. How dry before placing in bags (completely, mostly, don't worry about it)? 4. How full (or empty) should a grain bag be (1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 3/4)? 5. How full is too full for a PC? Just a few bags at a time or can you stuff it? 6. How long do you PC (90,120,240,480 minutes)?
Thanks!!

1. How much research have you done so far, which Tek's have you read/followed in the past? 2. Do you know how to use the search engine?
Honest questions, I can't help you with bags cause I don't have experience with that but no one will hold your hand through the whole process just because you haven't prepared enough for this. Idk which it is but whichever it may be you can try and read the popular threads and ask questions in the 'general discussion' thread for example if you have more specific question about some aspect of growing. 1. I soak overnight 2. I boil for 10 mins 3. I let dry to the point that maybe just one or two grains stick to my hand when grabbing a handful and then letting go of it. Takes maybe half hour/45 mins in the strainer to get that dry? 4. I fill the bag about 1/3 full. But I also prefer jars and mostly use those instead heh 5. I fill the PC til full 6. If PCing a bag, I will give it a good couple hrs at 15 psi

Actually I have been growing for over 2 years. I have watched 100's of videos and read books, forums and searched like I had a missing child. I also have a pretty good re pore with several "garden" shops in town. :-) The problem is I am trying to find a common thread in methodology. There is SO much conflicting information it can get confusing to say the least. While I admit I would love to find a scenario where you simply follow the instructions and it works, I am more looking for how others have found success and any tips and tricks people have come up with. I believe that is the proper purpose and use of a forum. ;-)

Soak for 12-18 hours, no boil. Dry for 3-4 hours and mix in between because top layer will dry sooner. 2kg per bag, 2.5 hours at 15-17 PSI.

Up to your pc. Just look out not to block the venting holes.

Just be warned that no boil means waiting way longer for the grains to dry.
