Stomach acid is more acidic than vinegar though. Why would it cause problems, other than being gross?
I make those apple cider vinegar lemonades every now and then, after getting hooked on those bragg premade drinks. I just like the taste though.

Idk, but I was and still am ill. Mostly attributed to nerves(only happens on avg once a week now and when stressed)- but what I know is my food stays down more often now that I stopped drinking shots of vinegar, especially in proximity to taking kratom.
I can tell I melted away my stomach lining simply because if I don't eat often enough, I get dry heaves and it doesn't end after 2 or 3. Whole new type of pain for me, like coughing against bruised ribs

I'd be hesitant to attribute it to vinegar. It should raise the PH of your stomach slightly, making it less acidic. I think people even use it to treat heartburn.
I don't know much about this stuff thought so

dosnt lemon act at lowering ph when you drink it, maybe vinegar is the same?

No, lemon juice is alkalizing. Or that's my understanding anyway.

I drank apple cider vinegar with the mother for a while. Luckily I found they have ACV capsules and I take those now

Odd given that it's basically a citric acid solution.
