Went away for a bit and came back to a nice surprise, but when I looked closer I saw this

I opened the tub and noticed the whole thing was covered in this fuzzy white myc looking stuff. I figured its contaminating because I had another tub next to it which got contaminated and turned black after I used just my sanitised hand to harvest versus sanitised gloves. Ive since removed that tub from the area.
After some reading I thought it could also be lack of FAE because there really isnt any black or other colours, but this is also how my other tub looked before it turned black so I think this one will do the same and contaminate. Do you think this is leading to contamination or just fuzzy mycelium trying to catch more air?
Also if it is contamination or mold, is it okay to put the fruits in the dehydrator without spreading mold spores all over it? The fuzzy white seems to be traveling up the stems a lot more than on regular fruits. I fear if I use the dehydrator that they'll spread mold and ruin any fruits I try and dry in the future.
Here is what the substrate looks like currently, I dont see anything but white so I think im good but want to be sure before I throw these in the dehydrator. https://i.imgur.com/oBBcOwQ.jpg
For the stumps, I was planning on just tossing the fuzzy parts but they are quite far up the mushrooms, but I read its safe to eat so I might leave it. Again, my only concern is that I ruin the dehydrator by spreading mold spores throughout it. https://i.imgur.com/AB0sQv2.jpg
Thank you for reading and mush love

I had some like this due to lack of FAE I'm sure. They grew just fine, and it all washed off after harvest. As far as what it was, not sure. Following this.

Awesome, so its okay to put this in the dehydrator and not worry about future dried batches getting this stuff on it because it rubbed off in the dehydrator? Thanks

Wash them very well under cool running water. You should do this anyway after harvest before drying. All of the fuzz will come off. I wouldn't worry about your dehydrator. Just make sure your heat is adjusted properly (very low) or disable the heater entirely. I just use a fan with mush on paper towels for a few days until cracker dry, then I put them in mason jars with some home made desiccant. I would say that you probably need to fan more with future grows in that tub. Fuzzy white bases on the stems and long tall stems indicate not enough fresh air exchange. As long as you keep your relative humidity as high as possible, you should fan as much as you can. Mush loves plenty of fresh air and it will encourage evaporation and pinning. But make sure they don't dry out ever.

yeah Ive definitely noticed when I dont fan enough the mycelium gets like that to grab more air I guess. The mycelium fuzz ended up also traveling alllll the way up the stems on the inside to the cap which I noticed after slicing them open. Seems harmless though. For some reason I couldnt get these caps from this specific flush to dry 100% so Ive been meaning to do some desiccant.
Thanks for all of your help my friend
