Its been about 10 years since I made karo LC, does this sound about right Per 1000 ml of water. 1000x0.4=40, so 40 grams of karo per 1000ml?

I use tablespoon (approx 15g) per 500ml but if you want it more accurate use this calculator:

It is 4% you are looking for?
If so it is 1000*0.04 = 40
1000*0.4 is actually 400
So you ended up right but your math is wrong 0.4 is 40%

OK cool, I just did a tad over 40 grams for 1000 ml of water so I should be set to go.

Seriously, thats a monstrosity, I'd throw that down the toilet. You want 4 grams of nutes if you want the broth to be at 0.4%.
Anyway, why Karo? That's so '90s. Sugar based LC's are less than desirable. You can use brown rice flour or any other grain to make a proper LC. Boil it and strain.
Karo LC usually goes along with shit like "Imma knock the LC with spore solution", I hope that's not the case...

Because that's what I have already at the house and it works, no reason to go buy more shit. And no I'm using injecting water into already finished jars to knock up more jars then use the rest to make LC.
Works for me 100℅ no SAB needed, waste of space.

Its easy and ingredients are on hand. It works 100% of the time. There may be "better" methods but I like simplicity.
