Do these pins look healthy?

On my first grow of b+ using PF Tek method. Cakes were placed in SGFC 10 days ago, and I first noticed pins about 3 days ago. Many more pins have started to pop up since, and existing pins have continued to grow.
These pictures were taken about 10 minutes after misting and fanning, which I do about 3-4 times a day. The lighting isn’t the best in the pics, so the caps are actually a little lighter than they appear, with the universal veil less evident. All of the developing caps are a deep, rich brown color (no obvious blackening or greening).
Are these darker in color than they should be, and if so, does that mean I am over misting? I feel confident they are getting proper FAE and humidify as my SGFC is built and set up correctly.
What color should b+ stems and caps be at this stage of pinning/fruiting?
Also, one of the pins (circled in red) looks like its cap is separating from the stem. Is this normal, or is this a sign of an abort?
Thanks!

The pinset on top of the cake in the third pic actually look pretty decent but the larger pins in the two first pics don't look very happy. Cakes look like they're struggling but then again I haven't really seen many cakes that look thrilled to be in a sgfc environment it's simply just not the kind of environment suited for tropical mushrooms to thrive. It's extremely difficult to give advice to someone who's new and doesn't get the simplicity of the komplexity so it's kind of like 3xplsining to someone over text how to do wheelie on a BMX. When you know how to do it you just do it it's the simplest thing but to explain to someone is a nightmare. Your cakes look like typical sgfc cakes, matted dried bruised and at the same time looking overly wet that is because of what I'm saying that sgfc environment isn't really the best thing for tropical mushrooms. Check out the Water Tub if you want to learn about the fruiting process the easy, simple way. Not trying to demoralize you in any way but as a friendly reminder, it's your choice which setup you want to use for cakes but statistically you probably won't be getting killer flushes in the sgfc any time soon, but with the HC you very likely might pull off something worth the effort. Check it out and wish you luck in the future.

Thanks for the feedback Mateah! Sorry, I know noob questions like this get exhausting.
Based off of all of my reading, I can definitely tell my cakes are not the healthiest and definitely subpar. I’ve made a lot of mistakes, but they give me the opportunity to learn and grow!
Can you (or anyone) elaborate on how you can tell my larger pins are not doing well? Is it color of cap/stipe, location of the pin on cake, moisture present on pins, shape/size, growth rate, general signs of a stressed cake?
How would you address the larger less than ideal pins at this point? Do they need to be removed or should I give them more time and make adjustments to my misting or set up?
I chose the SGFC because it seemed to be a simple and affordable set up for noobs. I’ll likely try and finish up everything with my current set up, and then reevaluate. I’m def going to start my research on that now though, thanks!
Thankfully my main focus on this grow isn't yield, but simply a desire to get a feel for the process and learn how to properly read my shrooms at different stages. Though I do hope I get at least one shroom in the end lol...
