Success fruiting inside bags? Anyone?

Good Tidings!
I was hoping to see if anyone has had success fruiting inside of a spawn bag?
I'm working with 6 pound bags that contain rye berries and compost mix. Each bag has a filter patch.
I've nocced them with 5cc each of Golden teacher MS syringe 2 weeks ago and I'm now seeing the first signs of colonization.
From what I can find, after full colonization, cut the top off the bag, and fold it over and use binder clips to seal. Open them for FAE a few times a day and mist as necessary. I understand that the yield will be lower than a monotub, but at this point I'm just looking for success.
It seems leaving it in the bag would reduce possibility of contam?
Really I just want to know has anyone had success with this method? Anyone at all?

You'll get results... definitely not monotub results, for a dozen reasons, but you'll grow mushrooms.
Folks here don't have high regards for a "kit" like what you're describing... spend some time looking through the pinned info and links in peoples' signatures. That said, and speaking from the perspective of someone who used a similar kit for my first grow, I think it's a great way to get a sense of the growth cycle, and to have a low barrier-to-entry way to find out if you want to dive down the rabbit hole of this pursuit.
Regarding the process, you'll want to get those babies as much FAE as possible. If you keep them clipped up as you described (which is what the vendor intended), once you reach the fruiting stage you'll want to do some "fanning" with the bag by flapping the gussets for 30-60 sec, 2-3 times a day. This... fucking sucks. It is really not a fun activity. But, you'll get mushrooms!
I'll defer to wiser people here w/r/t whether you can cut the top off that sucker and fruit it in a tub of some sort.... dubtub a sweater box? Hmm...
Anyway, I pulled 2 dry oz out of a bag half that size, so if you keep an eye on the moisture and if you're diligent about flapping that plastic (sorry), you'll definitely get some yield out of it. And, while you're waiting for them to fruit, you'll have plenty of time to read about some legit teks. If you like the relative size of what you're working with now, I'd point you to the popular shoebox tek, for starters.
