Using different genetics in the same bulk substrate
    #26859843 - 08/02/20 10:23 PM (3 years, 5 months ago)

I tooks a scrapping from a spore print to an agar plate. Then, I transfered sections that looked good to other agar plates. I have two grain jars inoculated with the different samples. They must be related but could ve different genetics (i know not strain but phenom? )

Anyway, can you spawn both to the same substrate?

This thread was moved from Advanced Mycology.

Reason:
Yes. It's no different than growing from spores and having thousands of strains in a grow. You've just narrowed it down a little.

Thanks for asking this.  I had the same question but wasn't sure how to phrase it!

And thanks for the answer, Bod.
