B+ Caps contaminated or not? - fuzzy hats

My beloved B+ caps are coming up with these caps on their caps. They are fuzzy, I think and don't look right.
Nothing smells bad, I harvested the tallest cap today because the veil broke and it smells fine. Also that particular cap had NO fuzzy "hat" on it.
Do you know or think this is contam? What kind? Would it make me sick?
If this happened to you, what would you do? Are they salvageable? Maybe if I snipped the fuzzy part off the top of the cap? Would I have to throw out the whole cap, or perhaps this is not salvageable?
Thank you!!!
This is the first flush. B+ on pasteurized manure used rye seeds for spawn. Let me know if there are any other questions needed. The biggest white fluff is poli-fill allowing Fresh Air Exchange stuffed in holes in the tub.
Edit: looking at the snow white fluff covering the substrate and (creeping up) the stems, I am thinking that stuff looks suspect. It quickly grew when I went over to "fruiting" mode. *???*!!!

Thats normal for B+ Its a genetic mutation caused by too moist of an environment. Just give it a little extra FAE, don't go overboard, it'll flush like this first flush and then stop after that.
As you can see it happens all the time. There is no contamination here. Allow your tub to ride.

Yes, i seem to have found a similar thread with similar issue and consensus seems that it's a benign mutation. Makes me happy!

Glad to hear it! I've been cultivating B+ since I first got into mycology years ago and trust I went through the same frame of mind you did. I panicked and started a thread in all caps "HELP IS THIS CONTAM??" scared those little fluff balls could be the end of my first ever success. It was technically my first ever post back in 2014. those were the days. Now I just expect B+ to mutate and each flush looks so different than the previous.
