Recently i am trying to improve my tecnique from Spores to Agar agar. I tried with the inocultion loop, i tried witht the q~tips, i did a agar agar mix with less agar agar .... I usually put the spores in the center of my container . Is it possible that the mycelium is coming out not from the center but from the edge or not exacly from where i left the spores? If the answer is yes , how is it possible?
I had few containers with new born mycelium starting from another location from where i left the spores Thanks

No, that's unlikely. Not technically impossible, but growth where you did not inoculate is probably mold.
Look up the streaking technique, there's a way to inoculate agar that streaks around the edges of the plate and can help you clean up your spores more quickly.

If condensation inside the dish drips down on to the media spores can be carried away to the edge of the plate when moving it around.

Depends how you inoculated. Probably contams or spores rolled around by too much liquid
Check the "working with spores" section of my sig agar link for a great streaking technique that will give you lots to choose from

Sometimes a drop of water will transport spores to the edge without you knowing.
