good morning shroomers

I want to send the idea out there and that it is put to use that

we have to be clear about a little meditation and yoga every day

it is some of the best to do

and when it is better than painting then...

politics...

well you know it's just to do it then!!


and I want to talk about it in terms of age because I got started with it

when I was in my late twenties on a daily basis

and it has to be daily


this little fooling around with meditation and yoga a little

it's good

it's very good

it' very very good but to save your time from becoming difficult and get more proper skillful and right action and life and time you

have to do it daily

and I want this to be understood generally like that yoga is mainstream the idea and full understanding of what these two things mean to us

the politics should bring in on the table and say hey

why don't we make it a heaven on earth

why not use our powers to extend it to the whole earth spreading it over institutions like schools


and until we are free we must treat everyone in a good way we must treat the earth and those around us in a good way

so that time is not so difficult and so we have better time until we are free

and so we do better
