What to do about this condensation?
    #26852569 - 07/29/20 08:00 PM (3 years, 5 months ago)

Here is my first attempt at a no pour agar method. I PC for 60 min (since I'm using an electric PC and it is only 11psi.)

Is this condensation a problem? If so is there away to fix this?

Looks fine, mine look similar right out of the PC but get clearer after a few days. Hasn't caused any major problems aside from visibility

Do I have to wait for it to clear to use or can I used as is?

You should be able to use as is. I've done spore syringe inoculations and clone inoculations w/ freshly PCd plates (w/ condensation). As long as the plates have gone back to around room temp you should be fine

You sure that isn't melted plastic from PC plastic I'm amazed it doesn't melt.  Check the jar by tomorrow it might dry up. Hank Hill would say that looks like some pretty agar I tell ya h'wat
