Help on cubensis grow

I started a cubensis grow using the PT-Tek about 3 weeks ago. everything is going great, too great in fact. 3 of my jars are about 2-3 days fros starting to pin in the jar and one of them was trying this morning. I have my SGFC made, but I can NOT find perlite or coir ANYWHERE, and can not order any offline before saturday(payday). I should have gathered everything before starting, I know, but I have a very limited budget and would likely never have gotten started if I'd not just jumped in. Now I desperately need to find a suitable alternative for fruiting. I have another tube that I could set up as a monotub instead of a SGFC, so ANY alternative options might be viable, but I could definitely use some advice.

Also, forgot to mention; the jar that was trying to pin, as well as the one that was furthest along behind it, I took and shredded with a cheese grater and mixed into pint jars with more sterilized BRF and after 24 hours there is very clear new growth, so I can buy myself a LITTLE time, but would prefer to avoid gambling any further with contamination risks.

You don’t have pet stores or Walmart or hardware stores?
You can put the jars in the fridge to slow them but they’ll be ok at room temp too. I’ve left colonized jars for weeks.

Walmart had nothing, Lowe's had nothing, Home Depot had nothing, Petsmart had (1) brick of coir for reptiles in stock, but I believe that would be used in mono-tub culture? And would need significantly more of it. They can order me some and hold it till I pick it up, but again, I have to wait till payday to place the order. If it won't hurt them to sit, then I guess I don't need to worry, I was just worried they might die or rot or something if I didn't keep them doing SOMETHING.

But, just in case, IS there a good alternative to either perlite for SGFC or Coir for mono?

Well, that's potentially helpful; but it still requires coir, which I haven't been able to acquire yet. I appreciate the suggestion and will take down some notes on the tek, but I'm really looking for potential substitutes for the coir and/or perlite just to serve in a pinch.

One brick of choir can make multiple shoe boxes.
