Yes, most big farms don't use small bags, but things like small bales with pasteurized substrate. I've seen a farm using bungee cords to strap in large vertical columns onto cards, something like that might be possible I guess. Believe you had pvc racks, then maybe a third pvc pipe dropping on top might work, or just topfruiting.
I've seen a farm topfruiting when they repurposed aluminium agaricus beds and growrooms, they used the square bales though, seemed to work fine as well.
