Well I got a few cultures that are starting to look decent. APE’s look promising as do some of the PEU while I got two different RW plates popping out pins. Already took a couple clones but I’m going to take a few more. The RW APE & PEU EzLC are looking decent for being ms while the hericium looks slow. Going to pour the RW and APE tomorrow for sure. Not worried about it though. Maybe have something worth a pic soon.

Wait for them to colonize:shrug:

For me, brf agar pins like a beast. My lme plates? Not as much. But that's just me.

I concur with mushboy, BRF agar pins far better than any other agar, but you have to be conservative with the amount of BRF you use in the plate.

T1 transfers are looking pretty good. I made three transfers and 2 look promising. Will probably transfer again in another day.

Looking forward to the applanatum, how's that one coming along?

Haven't seen too many people try that one.
