So, do you poke holes in the sides to allow FAE, like a fruiting chamber? And does the fogger/humidifier create enough air movement, or is a fan still needed?

No holes other than the ones for your humidifier. The squirrel cage fan on my diy humidifier supplied enough FAE when it was pushing in the mist from the ultrasonic fogger. Depends on your situation, hook up a humidifier and see if you need more FAE, if so then add a small fan to either suck air or blow air in on a cycle timer.
It's a balancing act between maintaining humidity and fresh air. I had a hygrometer that brought my tent up to 99% and then fell to around 75% before it would kick back on. I ran it in my finished basement at temps around 55ish for blue, kings, and shiitake.

Awesome, I appreciate the knowledge everyone. As a bonus, I’ll finally be able to grow pans once I get this set up!

So, I set the tub lid off of the tub by about half an inch, then placed a fan on top of the lid. I’ve got it on a timer, on for one hour, off for two. The larger of the fruits is different now (for the better?), more beige than white and less of the coral look. The two smaller ones have either stayed the same or gotten more coral-like. Thoughts?

They look right for this stage. You can definitely open air fruit lions if you only slit the bag. If you had opened the whole bag they'd be toast, but if you must the fruit and bag around the hole they dont need any special humidity consideration.
I did one next to the sink in the kitchen and it ended up great.
Throw it under a bush outside for flush #2!

Still figuring out how often to mist and what schedule to keep the fan on, but some teeth have started forming on one spot and it’s so damn cool!

Got a Martha and humidifier ordered, along with a few computer fans which I will install in the lower area of the plastic cover for exhaust. Hopefully it’s enough.

I think you have not enough humidity there.

I for sure do not. My current setup is insufficient, and I can either provide enough FAE or enough humidity, but can’t maintain both at the same time. About a week more of dealing with this before my Martha parts arrive.

The browning is a bit concerning to me. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. I’ve got it in a tub with the lid half open and a fan on top, blowing air away. I’m also misting inside the tub (not directly on the fruit) every 3 hours.

I'd just eat it now. It's a bit dry but should be good to eat
Or tincture it up!

Okay, I was wondering if it was good to pluck at this point. Wife has been itching to try it anyway!
I’ve also got some beautiful mycelium going on agar now, so even if this doesn’t produce anymore fruit, I should be good for the future.
Thanks!

Good job on your first fruitsling and that looks like a nice culture. I'd advise you transfer that twice very quickly, LM is wildly fast on agar but super hard to see without magnification.
Since it's so fast you can transfer it quickly to get a very clean plate or slant without waiting for anything nasty to bloom.
For what it's worth, if you can get a culture of H. Coralloides, they grow really well outside where you are versus H. Erinaceous which is more of a commercial variety.
Different structure, same flavor and overall nutrition profile.

I think it's looking for air, the teeth will hang downward when it's teeth, so you can probably watch it a little longer.

Ah okay. I’ll get the exhaust fan going again to boost FAE. Thanks Fo.
