Just cut a hole in the top of that mess and squish out all the air you can so it can't fruit in there. 

You don't need a sealer, just roll the bags over all neatly and use masking tape, it works fine too :thumbup:

So what is the best way to continuously grow Lion's Mane, can you do a bag to bag transfer like grain to grain?  And if you are going to cut it up, dehydrate, and follow the Double Decoction instructions, should I just grow them out as far as they'll grow? I mean past where you would have harvested for culinary uses?

Yes you can G2G or whatever works best for you.  And yeah you can let them grow a little overdue as well, just not too far because you'll be getting a lot of spores.  You can let the teeth grow pretty long though since it doesn't matter.

Not the best looking, but not the worst, I'm putting the fans on a separate timer, I think they need to run more often.  I upped the humidity a bit too for next time.  So I'm thinking of making a couple more bags of spawn and trying to do a direct transfer from one of these bags after I harvest.
