First tub colonizing!

I had posted around 6 weeks ago when I inoculated and it seemed to take longer than expected, but i assume this is because of the lower temps in my apartment. I moved the bag near my window and it rapidly began to colonize. I just moved spawn to substrate today. I'm a bit worried because the purchased sterile manure was very dry and had to add nearly a full spray bottle of water. Other than that, I'm hopeful.
3 lb GT millet added to 10lb manure sub. Higher than the ratios I have read but it's what I had so i used it all.
Here i began with: tub, alcohol spray, spawn n sub, gloves, box knife, 6 mil black poly sheeting, tape, and I wore a n95 mask just in case.
I work in abatement and I'm very familiar with poly sheeting and chose it instead of a black trash bag. I saw so many people fumbling with trashbags. I've read that sanitization isn't too big a deal in this process, but I sprayed and wiped every tool and material I had before beginning.
I poured my first layer of sub and evened it out. This is where I added a looot of water.
I then added my grain. I broke it up in the bag pretty well, and then mixed it all, using a braking motion with my fingers, then scooping it on top of eachother multiple times to get a homogenized tub.
I cut to the level of the sub.
The tub has 10 holes in total. Two 1.5 inch holes on the sides, about 5.5 inches from the bottom of the tub, and then 4 half inch holes on either side. The sub/spawn came to the perfect height for my holes.
Now I taped over all of the holes

I placed the whole tub in a contractor bag and put right back where I had my grain spawn during grain colonization. This is was iffy on, so much information out there, but I figured that I would want, generally, the same conditions I had during grain colonization. I will polyfil the holes after colonization and put in my closet over night and near natural light during my workday.
I am a bit concerned that I bought a non clear lid tub, but I plan on cutting a hole in the lid and placing a piece of plexiglass in its place in order to get light.
Thanks for reading!

No need to put it in a bag like that. Mushroom mycelium benefits from a light cycle in all stages of growth.

Gotcha, I'll heed the advice and remove the bag!
