Less nightmares after tripping?

Had a couple low dose trips in the past week and I’ve noticed I’ve not been having nightmares like I usually do, that or I’m not remembering them. I’ve been waking up feeling better too, much less exhausted. Before these experiences I’d dread going to sleep, because I’d anticipate how much effort it takes to evade whatever scenario I’d find myself in. Now I feel like I can just get started with my day instead of taking half an hour to roll out of bed. Anybody else experience anything like this?

Probably just anxiety, my life has been pretty normal up to this point. Interesting link though lol

OP, thats happened to me after having a very good trip. I’ve also had the opposite happen, more intense dream after tripping, so...
I used to have a reoccurring nightmare that was about existential dread, responsibility, identity, denialism, escapism, purpose, and addiction all wrapped into one that I couldn’t seem to crack and understand until I tripped and worked through what it symbolically showed about myself.
Tripping wasn’t enough though, I’ve had to change how I live to be able to cope with life at its rawest. But it was nice having the insight & guidelines to do so more or less envisioned clearly while tripping. Its served as a touchstone and compass in my sober life.
All taking place in a futuristic masssive futuristic space station with many levels - like that complex out of the movie DooM...but if it were floating in space.... also zombies, hellish scenarios of countless burning bodies in pits, hallways, doors closing, doors locked, and that damn briefcase I couldn’t get rid of to save my life! And a lot more...

I feel ya on the zombies and bodies lol. Seems there’s always some lanky creature chasing me through endless hallways. I hope dosing keeps being a useful tool in getting restful sleep.

Hmm, I'm usually just killing people. But it never feels like a real nightmare, just kind of an enjoyable movie.
Shrooms give me more intense dreams, I'll say that much for sure.

Man there doesn’t even have to be anything really going on but if the setting is spooky I’m always on edge Flickering fluorescent lights in spaces that echo like hallways are the worst.

They stand out vividly in my memory. Think I’m going to commit them to paper & draw some of the dream settings.

Ive had some crazy dreams after tripping
My brother in law was a serial killer and I had caught him in the middle of burying the bodies on a farm.
He was trying to deny it when I'd caught him red handed.
The whole scenario had a very comical funny tone.
