Dude you fucked up, you should've gotten a syringe. Put the culture in the frige and it should last a few weeks.

You could probably mix the culture up in distilled water, put in a syringe, and use like spores. I think you would have been better off with spores though.

You can use it to innoculate grain, which you can later case after the mycelium has grown throughout the grain.
Pick up a copy of The Mushroom Cultivator by Paul Stamets. There are detailed instructions on using slices of agar to innoculate the grain media.

Don't give up! It's not that much more difficult to do. Just do your research, and try to keep things as sterile as possible in your lab.
