Does this mycelium look ok?

My casing layer looks like this for about a week now, and I can't see pins yet? Can someone tell me what's going wrong?
I mist it everyday but I guess it's not being fanned enough?

That looks bad. You should start over. I couldn’t imagine eating something that grew from that. Looks slimy and wet.

It shows no apparent contamination and it smells 100% like fresh mushroom, why should I throw it away? Will it never fruit?

It looks like a heavily used ashtray with melted mozzarella cheese on top. I can’t imagine a single spot on that surface producing a knot, let alone supporting growth to harvest.

Fruit it!
Looks like aerial myc reaching for fresh air. If it smells like mushroom and not sweet or sour, it may flush for you.
More pics would help.
What sort of container is that?
Stop misting while keeping an eye on it. Looks too damp, as you say. Pooling water is usually no good.

Actually it went more melted-looking the last 38h because before it looked much more like aerial myscellium with this tiny little white "hairs" all over it. I though that it was primordia and was concerned about humidity so I think I moisted it too much and this happened.
Yes I am noob and this is my first attempt

Aerial myc is the tiny little white "hairs" right? If so, it was more covered by these guys a day before..
I am noob, I don't know how fruiting actually works, what should I do apart from misting and fanning?
The conteiner is a plastic bottle cutted in half. It was meant to be a low cost terrarium for a first attempt. The substrate was rice and Coco coir, bulked and added a gentle casing layer uppon it.

Did you follow a tek? Because I have not heard of anyone using rice in a substrate. Might be really old info you got. Start over and follow teks from the past 3 years for best noob results. Burn this 1 to hell
