Fielding in West Palm Beach, Fl. Need help with ID

Habitat: Found in lawn West Palm Beach, Fl. Growing off from the dead grass materials.
Gills: Dark (Seem Black), ??attached/not??, gills are close pores seem black
Stem: Length 9.5cm, brownish white, soft texture, hollow, thin.
Cap: Diameter 1.5-1.7cm, color dirt tan, texture is ridged, conical, convex.
Spore Print: Seems Black... Looked black...
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises. No noticeable bruising
Other information: Scent has that iconic golden teacher wofting about, anything else you think is important,

Pan something, maybe active, hard to tell from the blurry and picture of it being old and dry. Wait for a TI to confirm anything.

That looks more like parasola than panaeolus. Dried mushrooms are sometimes impossible to identify accurately.

Parasola auricoma closest resembles minus the cap being depressed at center had more of a nipple. That's when it was wet... heres another picture...
