Try to get pics of the fresh specimens.  Several mushrooms have black spores.
Like Seph said probably a Panaeolus sp.
Your dog should be fine
No black spored mushrooms are known to be toxic.

It's a terrible idea to try and identify most dried mushrooms with the exception of certain Psilocybe species.

With that said,  It's most likely a Panaeolus species judging by the spore prints.

In the future,  fresh fruit is preferable,  pictures of the Cap, gills and stem including the stem base are important for identifying the mushrooms,  in situ pictures are useful as well.

Thank you I hear what your saying. If you don’t taking a look at just couple more pics
Just as some more info even though a exact identification would need pictures of them fresh And habitat
My yard is the bottom of the hill from two other yards one side yard and the yard behind us and is pretty much a swamp all spring and fall and never fertilizer
I used what’s the color app to check spore print depending on where i took the photo it showed color as  plum, black, violet, and brown , bronze.

Thanks steph the neighbor has wild garlic some berry plants maybe that’s the cause he only has during summer last year He had  one and this year. Wanted to rule out those because  I don’t think I always see them and if that could be possible Cause I was going spray something to get rid of Them but rather not those senthetic chemicals are dangerous too

I am not so sure about that. For example the following images he showed:

Lead me to believe that the mushrooms could be from Coprinellus sp and many of them contain Coprin which is toxic when consumed with alcohol.

Those Look To Be Conocybe Apala, They Are Mildy Toxic. I Don't Think These Are The Same Sp As The Others You Posted, The Others Look Like Panaeolus Sp.

Thanks for all your help. I agree these looked much different and they were not in clusters they grow one here in there but they are in the yard where the dog goes. Now I know different kinds will grow with different conditions and at different seasons. I don’t know is if either were growing when he had the seizure I’m just trying to rule all the possibilities as I find them. I’m starting to think it
Might be some green Small berries That grow on a bush or weeds whatever they are The neighbor has in his yard that come through the chain link fence into our yard but my research has found them to be poisonous.

If The Spore Prints Are Indeed Jet Black, Then They Might Be Pan. Cinctulus, Put A Sharpie Mark Next To A Print For Comparison
