Hello old friends! I’m back and looking for some seasoned opinions!
•Fastest colonizing strain? From inoculation to fruits.
•Easiest to grow strain? Doesn’t require much attention to detail.
•Highest yielding strain?
•highest recommended strain based on the answers to the last 3 questions.
Any and all information Is greatly appreciated

1. Impossible to answer. Every two spores make a strain. So the fastest one is entirely up to you to find. There's slow and fast strains of any variety of any species.
2. You mean species. Psilocybe cubensis is the easy species to start with. Any variety will do. It doesn't matter they're all cubes.
3. Again entirely up to your skill at strain isolation. But conditions are far more important so worry about learning how to grow before strain isolation anyway.
4. Do some reading so you can ask better questions
If you start a grow with a spore syringe youll have 1000s of strains working together as a single organism in your grow

- cubes
- cubes
- and cubes
The word you're looking for I believe is variety, not strain. PE is a different variety than GT.
More or less, a cube is a cube. Differences in yield, speed, etc. will be dependent on genetics, not the variety. Aside from some varieties such as PE and its derivatives, which tend to be a bit slower than "normal" cubes.

Variety's is what you mean by strains. A strain is what is created when two spores germinate each other from my understanding. A lot of it is just growing conditions, what a vendor labels it as has little to do with ease, speed, and yield. It is all the same species after all.

Growing conditions can drastically change the answer to each question (beyond what has already been posted).
Pick a common variety and make it work the way you want it to by growing it in ideal conditions

Any cubensis will satisfy all those parameters. Cubensis colonizes fast, it's extremely easy to grow, and it has comparably high yields. You really can't go wrong, unless you screw it up of your own accord. Just grab a random variety and get to work. You can mess with genetics on agar to get even better results.

2. provide right conditions right amount of moisture, temperature, it will grow fast from inculcation to fruiting.
