 First Grow: Grab bag of strains

This is my very first grow. I bought a grab bag of strains (B+, PF Standard, Golden Teacher, Penis Envy). Using PF Tek. I have substrate jars sterilized and ready. Any pitfalls I should know about before I inoculate?

Follow the PF tek guide precisely and you will be fine.

How many jars are you inoculating? I was thinking of doing multiple strains, I figured I would need 24 jars to run with.

One pitfall I encountered was filling the jars with too much dry verm, and the needle from said vendor wasn't long enough to penetrate fully to the substrate.

This is a total experiment, so I'm using just 6 jars, one strain of each of the four above, plus two jars with an iffy syringe I already had, kind of just to prove a point.

You can do way more than 6 jars if you desire. I generally like to do 10 jars per syringe.

Please don't reply to your own post more than once every twenty four hours unless you're responding to another reply, it's not fair to others.
That being said, try some Kramer Cakes. I have inoculated 32 jars with one syringe quite regularly using this method.

Well my first grow I used about 2.5cc's per jar which was way more than enough. They only need about 1cc.
