School's weird, probably some either indoctrination or "winner tells the tale" type of stuff going on in there. We were taught that Santa Anna was ambushed and forced to sign over a huge part of Mexico to the US but I think the US teaches it as some big battle. I'm fuzzy on the details, never was good at history.
Yeah, Mexicans are a little more obvious about that. It really pisses me off that catcalling is still so common and brazen here, or that guy talk is so gross. It varies between groups though, as does everything. Something that I don't get about Canada, I'm not sure if it happens in the US, is that personal space is so big! The year I studied there I got told I was making some of the other kids uncomfortable because I was getting too close to the kids or being a little more physical with my body language.
Glad papa PB is doing well! I don't know much about whiskey, but if he's into rum, Aconte is a great brand that isn't too expensive, the 7 year stuff is something else! My dad likes ballantines whiskey and I think it's pretty good, but again, not much of a drinker.
I'm kidding too bud. Which is why I took a jab at Mexicans. Of course that sort of thing varies alot and I've only ever met mexican americans. I've no idea what mexican Mexicans are like.
Wouldn't mind learning though. Culture is interesting even if I'm not into some aspects of it. Like the personal space thing I hear about alot of cultures and I really like my bubble but I'm pretty forgiving of platonic touches.
Everyone grows up with their own version of normal.
Pb my dad drinks basil haden when he wants to spring for something fancy. Or jefferson reserve.

Nice, reasonably priced bottle.

Looks like I've got some suggestions to peruse here
Anyone ever try Dimple Pinch? My dad's a big Breaking Bad/Walter White(like every other grumpy old dude I guess lol) fan and I noticed that he drank Dimple Pinch.
https://www.crownwineandspirits.com/dimple-pinch-15-year-blended-scotch-whisky-750ml/
I was gonna get some jars started today myself but that's tomorrow work, I'm exhausted and have stuff to get done. Vaping some live resin that tastes like fresh mint tea and drinking some coffee.

Canbibinated came over today and we watched a squirrel that lives in my yard that has serious problems. He has almost no control of his movements and falls over while trying to eat. It’s kinda sad. He seems mentally all together. Just can’t control his movements. I think he has a nematode in its brain from eating raccoon poop.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baylisascaris_procyonis
It’s kinda freaking me out because the same thing can happen to humans
Not my video but this is what I’m talking about
My guy is worse than the one in the video.

My rents ordered jimmy john's and the delivery driver's car wouldn't start when she went to leave. And I was like girl I can Google fix your computer, maybe I can change your oil, but I don't know shit about cars except what to do with them when they work. So I got my dad.
Would maybe feel like I was 12 if dad wasn't the type of dude anyone calls when they have trouble.
While we waited we chatted a bit and she told me she wants to replace the beater but she needs to finish... Something with a board. She's in school to be a dentist.
So there ya go. Be nice to the delivery driver folks cuz they'll be pulling out your fucking teeth.
