Can you use multiple mushroom prints from same mycelium patch to make single spore syringe?

I just made some spore prints from a a few mushrooms that I collected from the same patch of mycelium, in making the spore prints I did not separate them and put them all on the same piece of foil, my question is does this matter when making a spore syringe? Are the spores all the same from mushrooms sprouting from the same mycelium? Or do the mushrooms themselves have unique spores.
Curious about this in general, like if i had spore print of cubensis and some cyans, what would happen if you made a spore syringe out of both ? Would it just be the case of both mycelium strains starting to grow and stronger wins, or would it mess up the cake?
A lot of questions here, but mainly just wanting to know if it matters if mushrooms from the same mycelium patch have the same spores and if its ok to mix their prints and make a spore syringe, as I have cakes ready to inoculate, but worried mixing mushroom spores (although from the same mycelium patch) may mess things up.
Cheers for any info

One print can make a lot of syringes. Even if you use a speck of spores to make a syringe the syringe will have thousands of spores and will make thousands of strains of your species when you grow from that syringe.

Thanks I get that. But my question is can there be spores from multiple mushrooms in the same syringe?
Im worried that because my spore prints from different shrooms are close to eachother the spores will be mixing together, and so wondering if the same mycelium patch produces shrooms with the same spores, or if each shroom produces unique spores. Basically does it matter mixing the spores from different mushroom from the same patch.

It's fine if they're all cubes

If it’s all the same variety then it’ll be a syringe of that kind, doesn’t matter where the spores came from. For example if you have a golden teacher print I could mail you another golden teacher print and you could make a syringe from both of them.
If you use spores from different varieties of cubes then they’ll probably make mixes. There’s a thread going on now doing grows from a syringe with spores from 11 kinds of cubes just to see what they look like.

Sorry to go off-topic, OP, but can you link me to that thread? Sounds hella interesting and I'm trying to learn more about how strains work

There’s not much information though.
The one I always recommend is the thread documenting rusty whyte being made. It actually explains the process of crossing and stabilizing traits.

The basic takeaway, don't mix species. So don't mix Cubensis and Cyanescens, they will compete and not grow as well. Feel free to mix spore prints from one variety, or several varieties. Mixing varieties will give you less consistent results, but you can get hybrid vigor, due to increased genetic diversity.
