Contamination /black mold issue

Hello my friends I hope your all well and I thank you in advance for your help and advice. I have been growing for about 10 years and not a newbie but switched to grains and WBS over the last 3 years. In the last year I have been following Bod's tek's (Thanks Bod) pretty much to a T. My problem has been getting contamination (black mold) in a majority of my batches over the last 12 months.I'm getting this mold in about %65 of my jars currently. This shit is nasty and made me very sick the first time I cleaned out my jars.I will attach pictures of it below and would ask for any suggestions on why I get this.
My method I use to prepare is the following. 1)Use Bods EAF grain method .I allow the grain to dry in plastic strainer for 90 minutes(till dry on paper)then place in 5 gallon bucket and place uncovered in fridge till following morning (7-9 hours). 2) I then load jars (both 500ml and Liter) and pressure cook for 2 hrs.I have place 2 quarters on my weight valves to increase the pressure inside.I also allow the steam to escape for 10 minutes so the air escapes. 3) My jar lids are a combination of injector port with Poly, injector port with a sqaure of Tyvak gorilla glues over a drilled hole.or straight poly .This mold issue doesn’t discrimate and fucks up all lids lol 4) My jars I tossed out all old jars and started with fresh ones and still same issue. 5) When I pressure cook I cover with foil and pressure cook for atleast 2 hours and latly 2.5 hours as I think sterilization is my problem.I allow the steam to escape for 10 minutes before placing the weight on the cooker.I place 4x250ml jars on the bottom of the cookers and place a rack on top so none of the jars are actually touching the water.I have a American pressure cooker but though it may have been the issue so also bought a Tfal 22 pint Aluminum . 6) When pressure cooking is complete I allow to cool atleast 3hrs but usually over night and shake jars when I remove from cooker. 7) When knocking up jars I have used rain to rain in my SAB(this is new to me only last couple batches ). Straight spores or most of the time I used what I found on here as poor mans L.C. (I have had zero succes with L.C.) where I make BRF cakes and when complete I inject sterilized water in them, shake and remove water with sterilized syringe and then inject into my new jars. 8) I have tried then storing the jars at various temps ranging from 70dergrees to 84 degrees. And still get this issue. With the colder temp it takes longer to show up but still does at times. 9) I use Whole oats from my feed store at 18.00 a bag. I do notice that the bags have some black oats in them but I don’t feel that’s the issue. Sorry for the long winded post but I wanted to include as much details as possible to try and get the solution. I think its still a sterilization issue and ask can you sterilize to much?Is 3hours harfull to the grains? If you made it this far thank you again and I welcome all comments and ideas

Spotted black mold is dangerous stuff.
I didn’t see agar mentioned. Do you grow out your cultures before innoc to make sure they’re clean?

It would be wise to start with spores to agar instead of trying brf water inoculations or spores to grains.
Spores to agar> transfer til clean> use clean mycelium for inoculations.

I have tried agar in the last few weeks with 25 Petri dishes but I think I made a mistake by using spores from a syringe.I need to make a spore print.I'm also going to try L.C. again this weekend. I'm getting this mold with grain to grain that is clean (use 2 jars to knock 10 more jars and use 8 jars to fruit) and fresh spore syringes from a reputable dealer.I'm going to try agar and L.C. again but frustrated by the mold.Safe to say I should be tossing all the jars that this occurs in and not dish washing and soaking in bleach and washing again. Thank you for the replys my friends.

Spores from a syringe are fine. I wouldn’t attempt any LC work until you can get agar down. Once you have agar down use a wedge from the clean mycelium to inoculate your grain jars, from there you can g2g or spawn to bulk. You can reuse the jars just give them a good cleaning, obviously try not to inhale anything. Soap and water works fine.

Thank you very much for your reply.I will work on that again this weekend.

1 more dumb question but here it comes..If I have a jar that is contaminated with black mould and it is in close vicinity as other jars that are ok.Can it spread over?? I assume no but I have made assumptions before and been totally wrong.
