Shrooms, Reduce Nausea?

So my first trip with 1g of subs went fine, no nausea.
My second try with subs (coming down now), I've had 0.3g just to experiment and all I experienced was feeling like my throat closing and very very very minor wavy effects and a bunch of nausea.
My method of ingestion was just putting the powder in tea and drinking it over 30 mins. Felt nausea with every sip.
My first time was just with the powder in water.
What's your method of ingestion to reduce nausea.

Yeah, you know what that makes sense.
I read the acid in the lemon converts the psilocybin to psilocin early which allows the body to absorb it faster.
This time it wasn't on an empty stomach and thus the come up was very slow and I guess that allows for more nausea to set in.
My first trip I was in the thick of it in 40 mins and no nausea, so lemon tek I guess it is.
Thanks

fasting definitely helps.
I also have never had nausea from stones instead of fruits, but I know they're not for everyone.

Ginger root.

There are three main reasons people feel nauseous. The first is the material itself. Chitin doesn't digest well. The second is individual reactions. Some people get a stuffy nose, some people get nothing. Other people have water pissing from their face the whole time in the form of pseudo-tears. The third, similar although different from the second, is the actual method of action of the substance combined with the location of the relative receptors. They reside in the intestines/gut. I think that speaks for itself. The problem is that you can only fix one problem, but as for the other two it's just a big maybe as to whether or not you could cover it up with lemon balm, ginger root, ect
So in order of least to most effective in regards to nausea -
Whole mushrooms < encapsulated mushrooms < chocolates/in food < lemon Tek < crystallized extraction
So if you were to go from left to right you'd know for certain whether it's the material or a reaction. At which point you'd adjust by trying different remedies in conjunction with the most agreeable method of ingestion.

I agree with eating ginger root (fresh) and lemon tek (if you don’t mind having a shorter experience...
Peel the ginger with the side of a spoon or back of a butter knife... chop fine and eat maybe a half teaspoon or so... chase it with beverage if you find it too spicy. Do this before soaking your mushrooms in lemon juice for the 20 minutes-and again after consuming (if you’d like).
This seems to work pretty well- but perhaps try ground ginger spice, or ginger ale/ginger beer sometime if you’d like, although fresh will likely bring better results...
1 g seems almost pointless... unless you weigh like 70 lbs : )

Dry them cracker dry, powder into fine dust, mix into a fruit smoothie and drink. No mushroom taste or nausea.

You can ingest a few drops of lemon essential oil before dosing the shrooms. Like 8 to 10 drops, mix with some water, and drink.
Lemon essential oil blocks the serotonin receptors in our gut that cause some of the nausea.
This combined with ingesting only finely ground mushroom powder should prevent any nausea.
