Looks way too fuzzy and cloudy to me. Good myc has always been described as stringy and spindly to me. I hope im wrong but I appreciate any second opinions. I inoculated this jar with a B+ cube syringe and included two pictures for reference. This was taken 10 days after inoculation.

Tomentose mycelium is fine, most people prefer the look of rhizomorphic however, tomentose can perform just as well.
That all being said those jars look a bit bacterial. Not so bad that I would pitch em right now but I definitely wouldn’t use them for g2g.

The most potent cube culture I ever had was a B+ clone that was fluffy as a cloud!
Your bacteria most likely came from your spore syringe. It doesn't mean it's a bad syringe. Spore prints for cube syringes are usually taken from fruits grown indoors - they are much cleaner than outdoor prints but since the mushroom was growing in open air the print is never going to be 100% clean. By extension neither are the syringes made from the print. Syringes usually do fine enough on BRF cakes but when it comes to grain you are much more likely to encounter contams. This is why we work with agar, it's a tool that allows us to isolate clean myc away from bacteria or mold, to obtain a pure myc culture to inoculate our grains with. It's really easy and fun.
In the meantime, a good process is to inoculate multiple grain jars via spore and only choose the very cleanest to expand via G2G. Like Pasty said, you wouldn't wanna G2G the two jars you have there (but you can try to use them on their own).

What are the indicators of it being bacterial? My original plans with this batch was to do a small monotub, then when ive got the procedure down I will do a full sized batch. So I think that about lines up with the situation here.

It’s very minor, the pressed grains against the glass are the red flag. In worse situations the mycelium kinda hits a wall against the bacterial grain and takes on a look like melted ice cream. If it was even worse you can see the bacteria pooling and it will noticeably smell like trash or vomit.

Yep! I have never actually worked with millet or wild bird seed so I don't have a very good eye for myc grown on those. Grains smooshed up against the glass is the giveaway here though. Thick, creamy looking myc, solid myc that won't break up (that hasn't been sitting around after full colonization).
Here is a photo of bacteria on an agar plate from the other week, it's pretty easy to identify on a 2-D surface like this. There is no clean myc on this plate but if there was you would be able to separate the myc to a new plate.

This batch, smelled of vomit, when I spawned to bulk contammed and didnt end up producing anything. Right after burying it in a hole I inoculated another jar and its been smooth sailing since then. I kept an eye out for the grains being smooshed and saw no such thing which couldnt be said about the prior jar. Spawned to bulk and the rhizos havent stopped. Looking forward to naming the spore print im gonna make.
