What does TEK stand for?
    #2682114 - 05/15/04 02:05 PM (12 years, 11 months ago)

Is this lazy-man's-hand for technique or something? It seems pretty prevalent in the mushroom cultivation world. I've followed teks without really knowing what they stood for. For a while I thought it was a acronym for: Try Eating Kaps, or They're Edible, Kareful, and Talking Endlessly with a Kitten. Wow this post got stupid fast.

Butternut squash are softer than acorn or other types of squash, which makes them easier to cut and prepare.
