Monotub hasn't fruited yet it's been 10 days since it's been in fruiting conditions I noticed yellow knots forming is this a sign that pinning is going to occur

Looks unhealthy, bacterial. Considering surface moisture I would flip the lid and leave it be until fruits develop or it gets bad.

I may be wrong in saying this but as the above poster has suggested it seems like your mycelium is fighting a foreign body of some sort and the yellow enzyme that you see is the result.
Can you describe your process up to this point? What are your fruiting conditions?

The grains were 100% colonized they smelled fine. I know that the bulk substrate was pasteurized correctly because I bought it off a sponsor. I mixed the substrate and waited for it to fully colonize for a week. It has a depth of 2.5inches and it didn't take long for the bulk to colonize. I know it's difficult to see but it has light yellowish knots that look like and feel like fruit bodies all around the edges and in some spots there are mycelium waste the darker yellowish spots that is a cause of mycelium digesting the bulk substrate I'll keep an eye on both of the monotub and keep up with more updates only time will tell I refuse to give up at this point.. if it's a contamination I will face my loss but it's too early on to say this tub stalled out

lol you know cuz u bought it off a sponsor lol any schmuck with a cpl hundred bucks can become a sponsor. premade anything is usually complete garbage and there is no way if knowing if the guy who made yours that day was shooting smack behind a dumpster in a shit and piss flooded dark alley way and nodded out and rolled around in it for awhile woke up scratched his balls then came to work. the only way you can know for a fact that it was prepared the correct way and under the correct conditions is to do it yourself. and even then shit still happens. we all get fucked up stuff once n a while. the key is just to try to limit it as much as possible. im willing to bet its bacterial due to the fact that if you bought the sub pre made you most likely bought the grain pre made also and then you most likely knocked it up via a spore syringe. so if thats the case there is 3 strikes against your chances of a healthy tub. you will prolly still get fruits but it will not be as good as it could have been had you prepared everything yourself under the proper sterile conditions and used agar to inoculate with. just take it as a leason learned is all
