I would like a full detailed food review. From the initial walk in to the official walk out. Including the brew.
Please and thank you.

I apologize for the wall of text, but this is something that I take very seriously. Please be very careful with this, because if this is the real deal then this will most likely change you.
There are a few main factors that will help gauge this experience beforehand. I see that you will be utilizing a twenty year old vine, this is fantastic. Do you know how the brew will be prepared? will it be refined? how was the boil and how long was it soaked? Will there be any extra plants mixed in with the brew? If you can see through your cup you most likely aren't going to experience anything too deep. In fact you may not experience anything at all your first time, even with a thoroughly refined brew. Or you could go through the entire ceremony nodding off, feeling absolutely nothing and as soon as the ceremony closes - get shot out into space and surf the bardos with familiar spirits for the entire night until ten in the morning. Shes wild, man.
It took me eleven ceremonies before I was able to bond with ayahuasca, the first wave of ceremonies were just for her clearing me out enough to be able to do work. You have probably been informed of the medicines unpleasant taste by now. When you drink, just put the taste out of your mind the best you can. "burnt hair mixed with mud". it does not taste good... some brews are definitely milder or gnarlier than others. Thicker the brew the better, it always tastes muddy, but you really want it to feel a bit muddy too. If it looks like tea its more than likely going to be weak. Since you guys will be using a twenty year old vine I feel like this will be a proper brewing. Twenty years old. Dude, you are gonna fuckin FLY
You seem like a good dude, guide seems okay and since you will be with family you're looking to be in line to having a very wonderful experience. Be prepared to shit and vomit spontaneously, possibly throughout the entire night. If you or any of your family is on medication it might be a good idea to attempt to wean from it at least a few weeks before the ceremony. Be careful if you are prone to seizures, they can occur with anybody in that state of mind, even if you have never had one before. In my experience they aren't harmful but actually healing, lot of electricity going through your nerves. Accept the possibility you may uncover something very traumatic or delicate, it is not uncommon to go temporarily hysterical. Try to remain grounded and work through your visions, do not allow them to pile up on you and get lost in them. You may feel like you are gone forever sometimes, you may experience excruciating pain that you believe is real. You just need to "be ready" and remember where your body actually is.
I'm sure everything will be fine man. I recommend to fast for at least twelve hours leading up to your ceremony. I know Daime does their ceremonies in light, but in my opinion the best way to do it is with the lights off, or very limited light, with candles, and flashlights when you need to get up and go to the bathroom, if you can get up. Look up soplaying and purification rituals - you'd like to think everyone is cool with one another in the astral plane, but thats not the case, and you need to protect your space and your spirit, mapacho/tobacco is regarded as a master plant spirit and will help protect you.
Again just remember that there is a possibility that it might not be very eventful your first time, or you could completely blast off the first night, its really up to her, she'll give you whatever you need to get, not necessarily what you want. Try not to smoke cannabis for a couple weeks before your ceremony - if you smoke - and try not to smoke for at least a few days after. your dreams will be seven-fold longer and more spectacular than your ceremony visions. Beautiful. With my experience aya doesn't seem to enjoy the company of cannabis. Again, the situation is different for everybody, I'm just sharing with you the way it works for me. I think she's really looking forward to meeting you.
I'm excited for you. God bless, Brother. Please be safe and learn as much as you can out there. And if you do see her, let her know I'll be seeing her again soon too.

Hi Fuck Cancer
Ayahuasca is very different from other psychedelics, including DMT. There are people who smoke DMT for purely recreational reasons, as it happens with mushrooms and every other "classic" psychedelic. On the other hand, I can't imagine someone drinking ayahuasca without a serious intention (I could be wrong). From what you have written, the latter seems to be your case.
As Ex Oskeleto said before me, the ayahuasca experience deeply changes you (the change can either be temporary or lasting), because it's completely different from what you can experience with other psychedelics (this also applies to DMT, but ayahuasca is another step beyond that). While on non-heoric doses of shrooms you deal with distortions of ordinary reality, on ayahuasca ordinary reality doesn't exist anymore and gets replaced by another world that is much more complex and is often inhabited by autonomous entities. The odds of experiencing ego death are also higher.
In short, it's a wild ride and before you go into it you have to be sure that it's the kind of experience you need in this particular moment of your life.

Thank You both Exo and Inner for what you know of the experience. truly!
As I stated above, in my heart of hearts, this is something that I have wanted to make happen. I truly am at a time in my life where this is needed. I am 3 years post remission from cancer. Post cancer I have only worked one job for 4 months but quit because of how strenuous it was on my body. I Met my beautiful fiance during my battle also. I struggle mentally at times even though its been 3 years, but I keep on the positive side most of times. I do my best to make others happy because it makes me happy to see others happy.
My very first mushroom trip took me on a beautiful time and it had even shown me parts of the amazon in my trip when i had CEV's. Yeah, this may be common, either way, i have a feeling i am being called to this mother plant. I know in Australia that acacia is a very very indigenous mother plant containing DMT. As stated above also, the "DREAMTIME" state of Australia and the world is where his specific brew can lead us. But no one truly knows where you end up once you drink her until done so.
I am 100% ready for whatever i encounter. I've faced cancer, death in its face, more than once, been through horrid pain, and still.... still I stand and just want to please everybody around me.
My intentions going into this, is to connect, is to connect with the earth, myself, and every energy i can, with the most positiveness and purity ever. No matter its other worldy.
As for the brew itself, it is a unique brew that he himself has finely tuned over 20 years between specific acacia and his 20 yr old teacher vine that he has learned everything from.
also, experiencing this medicine amongst its own, and to be with the mother plants while in altered state, i am prepared for battle, i am prepared for love, i prepared for whatever i encounter!
I cant wait to tell you all about my experience!
