Fruiting fine, but blue tinge on inside of mushroom growth

First time growing and posting. P. cubensis super strain koh samui, jars from kit, assuming horse dung.
inoculation went fine until after dunking. I double end cased in perlite instead of vermiculite. Maybe too humid in terr for 5 days.
slow fruiting, but definite caps and beautiful bodies. Blue coloration once cut, however, there is some of the same bluish tinge already present within the mushroom cap or stem. i'm figuring this is the phosphorylation as well, or boomer must have bruised when it was developing? it is not black or oozing like instructions warned about. qtip test yields some of this blue coloration on the qtip.

1. perlite holds between 20-50% by volume 2. vermiculite holds 3 to 4 times 3. thin layer of verm needs misting because it keep supplying moisture to cake and drys out. 4. add too much moisture to cake during fruiting it should go blue from too much moisture 5. add huge amount of moisture fruits will go like blue jelly
never even knew perlite can act as a casing layer can you post a picture for research.

Cubes usually bruise blue instantly, or within 30 seconds at most, when they’re harvested or cut. Sometimes they will already be a little blue while growing, especially if they’re too dry. I don’t think I’ve ever seen blueing from over saturation though. Everything sounds good just make sure you clean all the perlite off any mushrooms lol...you don’t want to be chewing that stuff
