Except that homicide is just an all encompassing term for when a human kills another.
All murder is homicide, not all homicide is murder bjt that isnt the point

Context is key.  We were discussing this push here:

I said: "I don't think the police intended to injure that guy, though that was unfortunately the end result."
Your response was: "I can get murder charges for punching you in the face if you go down and crack your dome and die. It's called one punch homicide."
I said:  "I don't think murder and homicide are the same though."

It appeared you were arguing that if the guy died, the police could have been charged with murder.  I disagreed (and still do), though I agreed (and still do) it would have been homicide.

Context.

BRO, I've been looking for another angle to this shot for a long time because I thought he may have faked hitting his head hard.

It STILL looks like his head didn't hit the concrete hard, if at all....

It would have be OK if he was ANTIFA, as Trump implied. After all, those that advocate violence, must be met with violence.:cookiemonster:

I dont see a huge trend of people considering ANTIFA membership and I suck at public speaking.

I definitely think he got hurt pretty bad, but I also think the police were just trying to clear the square for curfew didn't intend to hurt him.  He thought it was ok to walk right up to them as they were asking everyone to leave.  It was an interesting discussion.

Ultimately I think natedawgnow tried to argue it would have been murder if the guy died, though he later agreed homicide was the better term.

I'm familiar with the original video. I was skeptical is all. I had my own reasons for being such.

Watching this angle a few more times in slow motion it does look like he hit his head.

blood literally came out of his ears and pooled around his head.  It is self-evident that his head hit the ground hard enough to make blood pour out of his ears and pool around his head.

It is self-evident that he already had blood in his ears and it started to leak when he was horizontal instead of vertical.

Except that enlil said it could have been aggravated murder.

As for this conversation

You said this to enlil

You should provide some examples.  What I've seen is that he'll post something, you'll take it uber-literally, and he'll clarify what the rest of us knew he meant in the first place

I was pointing out your hypocrisy here since you're the master of taking things
uber literally and arguing semantics.

Targeted drug DELIVERY has nothing to do with vaccines.

Again, showing your ignorance. Not sure how or why you exchanged “delivery” for “synthesis” but you sure as fuck did.

Vaccines have biologically derived components which are grown batch wise in large reactor vessels under very specific conditions.  Vaccines also contain other adjuncts that are formulated for many reasons: stability, half-life modification, etc Vaccines are also SYNTHESIZED hence the word that I actually used.

Your reading comprehension skills are just as shitty as your logic.
